Welcome to Alston Lane Catholic Primary School and Nursery. We are a single form entry school with a nursery offering provision to children aged 2 years to 4 years.

The school is situated on the outskirts of Longridge, Preston and primarily caters for Roman Catholic children but children of all faiths and denominations are welcome.

The school's mission is described in the statement, 'Learning and Growing as Children of God'.

At Alston Lane, we value and promote excellent behaviour for learning, challenging and fun learning experiences and supportive relationships between all stakeholders. Our relationship with parents is especially important if we are to help each child reach their potential - academically and creatively.

We value the happiness of every child above all else because without this, they cannot engage with learning or achieve their targets. We hope, through our intervention and parental support, that children will become independent, life-long learners who enjoy school, leaving Alston Lane with skills for life and their next stage of education.
